On 16^th June 2024, Salvatorian Sisters in India attain the significant milestone of 40^th anniversary of its foundation. This gives an opportunity for us to reflect on our past with grateful hearts and look to the future with much hope and trust in the Lord.

The Indian Region is celebrating the 40th anniversary of its presence in India, marking this Ruby Jubilee as a time to reflect on the past and look forward to the future. The theme for this Jubilee Year, “Talk the Walk in Gratitude,” emphasizes the importance of expressing gratitude through actions.

Throughout the year, various activities were organized to honor this milestone, including a thanksgiving Eucharistic celebration held on June 16, 2024 in every community. Each community also conducted a Day of Adoration.

A virtual Sharing Session on the theme “Talk the Walk” allowed members to reflect on their journey as Salvatorians and share positive experiences. Community members engaged in a critical evaluation based on questions regarding their commitment to the Salvatorian Charism and personal effectiveness. Additionally, members shared their dreams for the Region over the next ten years, providing opportunities for them to express their visions for the future.
